EXISTING Independent Contractors -> from the drop down menu, choose "Prospect Form". Fill out this form to the best of your ability to inform our team of the new sales opportunity. Once submitted, give us 1 - 24 hours to respond. Include additional information about the Prospect in the Notes section. We will draft and send NDAs to the Prospect based on the information provided if the box is checked.
